Pontchartrain Blue Crab Inc. is a seafood processor, importer and exporter with a primary focus on top quality crab products. It is our mission to offer our customers superior quality and consistent supply of the best seafood products available. With the launch of our new website, we are moving from primarily a wholesale supplier to a wholesale and retail supplier.

Some facts about Pontchatrain Blue Crab Inc. (PBC):
  • PBC is a domestic seafood processor, importer & exporter with primary focus on quality crab products. We are located on the shore of Lake Pontchartrain (Southeast Louisiana-USA) & concentrate on buying and selling locally harvested fresh seafood.
  • PBC has grown from 4 employees to more than 70 employees since inception. PBC has rebuilt our facility following Hurricane Katrina, and continues to strive for excellence for our customers. Our experienced, well trained personnel, combined with our unique processing techniques assure consistent quality season after season, year after year.
  • PBC focuses on fresh Louisiana harvested seafood, but has built a supply and shipping network that is international to assure year-round supply and consistent quality.
  • The St. Tammany Board of Health, the Louisiana Department of Health, and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regularly inspect PBC facilities. Our Blue Crab production is processed under strict HACCP guidelines to insure the best quality crab meat possible.
