1. Major shipping companies require a physical address for shipment deliveries. No APO addresses or P.O. box numbers please.

2. Cut-off time for orders placed over the Internet is 2:00 p.m. CST, Monday thru Thursday to ensure next day delivery. All orders received after 2:00 p.m. CST will be shipped the next day.

3. FedEx "Standard Overnight" is our normal shipping method. Priority overnight (guarantees 10:30 A.M. delivery) is available if preferred by the customer.

4. Return Policy: We here at Pontchartrain Blue Crab Inc. (PBC) strive to ship you the freshest seafood available anywhere. When your order leaves our facility it is packed with more than enough gel ice to prevent spoilage during a normal 24 hour shipping time frame. However if you receive your order and it is damaged or spoiled, please so not discard it, until a representative from PBC is contacted

5. Privacy Policy: We use the AuthorizeNet Program to gather our order & collection information. This program has systems in place to protect your sensitive information. No personnel data will be maintained or sold by PBC.

6. Large, bulk orders are shipped via major airlines and delivered to your local airports cargo area. Please feel free to contact us for any additional shipping information or special needs.
