Return Policy: We here at Pontchartrain Blue Crab Inc. (PBC) strive to ship you the freshest seafood available anywhere. When your order leaves our facility it is packed with more than enough gel ice to prevent spoilage during a normal 24 hour shipping time frame. However if you receive your order and it is damaged or spoiled, please so not discard it, until a representative from PBC is contacted

Unfortunatley, at this time, we are unable to accept retail orders.

Wholesale orders are shipped via major airlines and delivered to your local airports cargo area. Refrigerated trucking companies are also used.Please feel free to contact us for any additional shipping information or special needs.
